What does pre-sale and sold out mean?
The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. The status of each product (pre-sale or sold out) is indicated on the “Add to Bag” button on each individual product page. If you haven’t found any status, that means the product is in stock.

It's in our facilities and ready for a new home! Shipping timelines are usually within 3 business days from the date ordered, but kindly note that it will sometimes be affected by the overwhelming orders and the special epidemic situation for the time being.
Pre-sale
We don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon! Not to worry, you can still purchase it and your order will be added in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available! The estimated ship date is indicated on the product page for your reference. You'll see it below the product title. Kindly note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.
Sold out
The product is restocking! We will try to complete the product restocking as soon as possible. The estimated time may vary due to the different production process. Please contact us support@basiquejewelry.com if you require the notification of the restocking.

What are the shipping fee and delivery timeline?
Due to overwhelming shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking to follow its journey! Click here to track your order
We are offering free standard shipping on orders over $79, and free express shipping on orders over $200. Indicated delivery timeline does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Estimated delivery date may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer’s end.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Import taxes and duties are included in the price of the products and there are no additional charges upon delivery.
